Praneet Bhat is back with India’s most expensive shows, Porus. After playing Shakuni in Mahabharata, he will now be seen in Porus as Darius, a Persian tradesman whose intentions are to rob India off its riches. Praneet plays a negative role yet again with this magnum opus on television. We had initially given you an exclusive sneak peek of the sets of Porus. This historical drama is about the popular war between the King of Pauravas and Alexander The Great. Since the story is set in 350 BC, the sets have been built to suit the era and they are too beautiful. The show will recreate the Battle of Hydaspes, the location of which is now in Pakistan.
The new promo of Porus gives us a sneak peek into Praneet’s character, Darius and it is quite intriguing. The earlier one was nothing less than magnificent. The budget for this show is a whopping Rs 500 crore and they have sure done justice to the sets. The show goes on air on 27th November 2017. The visual effects of all the promos are extravagant and a treat for the eyes. We are really eager to watch the show and a couple of more promos before the show takes off.
